Is this a home inspection?

No. Gablewell keeps a record of your own home and does the homework before an inspection. When it looks worth it, we'll point you to an authorized inspector.

Which phones work?

iPhone. A Pro model from iPhone 12 Pro onward can also measure rooms; other iPhones get everything else.

Is it only for Florida?

We're starting in Florida because of hurricane season and wind mitigation credits. More states will follow.

What do you do with my photos?

They're encrypted, used only to build your home record, and never sold. You can delete everything anytime.
